From an Advocacy Tip of the Day subscriber: “When I get a list of research topics from a teacher I always search every single one and alert the teacher if some of the topics are very difficult or if there is very little information. This helps avoid student frustration and panic. I then give a list of sources for each topic to the teacher.”

    I do this for History Fair research- it really helps things to go smoothly if you know what the frustration points might be before the students encounter them.
