Tip #112

Just spend time (I know, what time?) talking with teachers and students — the more they see you, the more they know you and will ask questions. I wanted to write my doctoral dissertation on how to motive teachers to use the school library — that has changed but it’s still about RELATIONSHIPS — talk to your patrons informally. It makes a world of difference when you know them and they know you.
